The following rules and information applies to all users of the Apartment:

The price of the Apartment includes: the use of water, electricity, cooking, heating of water, the changing of laundry in rooms and bathrooms.

During the use of the Apartment you are responsible for keeping everything in place and clean.

Officially, your stay begins at 14:00 on your first day and ends at 10:00 the next day.  The next day or your date of leaving is not included in the total calculated days of your stay.

The time for Night Hours (Quiet Observance) at “Kastell Apartments” begins at 23:00 and ends at 8:00 in the morning.  Guests are asked to be respectful of other guests and their surroundings in terms of noise during these hours.

During their stay guests can use the outside grill, they must provide their own charcoal and after use they are responsible to clean the grill in respect to other guests.  We also ask that guests use the grill with care and act responsibly in order to prevent any undesired fires.  We ask guests to pour water over the ashes in order to be certain that the grill has been put out. 

A general clean-up of each apartments is performed by the housekeeper before the arrival of any new guests.  Sheets, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and kitchen paper are restocked before your arrival and you as the guest are responsible for any extra needs. 

Sheets are changed after the arrival of new guests.  If a guest is staying longer than 10 days then sheets are changed on the 7th day. 

Guests are provided with an apartment key which they must take care of and guests are responsible for locking their apartment as the owners of “Kastell Apartments” are not responsible for any thefts or events of the same nature.

Guests are introduced to all aspects of the apartment, including inventory and appliances.  They are responsible for turning off all appliances and ensuring that windows are properly secured due to wind before leaving the apartment. 

The owners of “Kastell Apartments” reserve the right to enter apartments in certain situations.  In the case where it is necessary to enter an apartment such as bad weather, fire, or a flood the owner reserves the right to enter and the guest will be informed about the entry and its reason. 

Guests that are not registered are not allowed to stay or reside in the apartment.

Guests are responsible to inform the owners about all visitors.  Weapons, narcotics, or other dangerous and flammable objects are not allowed in the apartment.  Any extra appliances are allowed with the permission of the owners.

Pets are not allowed without the permission of the owners.

Smoking is allowed in the apartments but guests are asked to dispose of their cigarettes in the proper manner as to prevent fire and dirty surroundings.

The owner of the apartments is not responsible for any losses of valuables or goods that belong to guests. 

You are responsible to return the apartment which you have rented in the state in which you entered it-clean, proper, and undamaged.
